How long will my order take?
Average turnaround for custom furniture is 8–12 weeks. Quick Ship items take 2–4 weeks. Non-furniture items usually ship within 7–10 days. If you order both Quick Ship and custom pieces together, the entire order ships when the custom pieces are finished, unless you request separate shipping for an additional cost.
How does delivery work?
- Curbside Delivery: The driver unloads at your driveway; you bring items inside.
- White Glove Delivery: The team unloads, assembles, places furniture where you want it, and removes packaging. Elevator access is required for multi-story deliveries.
You’ll receive a pre-call 2–3 days before delivery.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Hold the truck and call 877-427-2569 within 1 day. Take photos and note the issue on the delivery ticket. Damage will be repaired or replaced by a local craftsman. If transit damage is significant, items may be returned to the builder. Report issues within 1 day for eligibility
Can I return my order?
Custom furniture cannot be returned, since it is built to your specifications.
Other products may be returned within 14 days, with you responsible for arranging the shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours free of charge. After that, production may already be underway and charges may apply.
What materials and craftsmanship are used in your furniture?
- All furniture is handcrafted in the USA, including Amish and Mennonite-built pieces.
- Built primarily from solid wood for durability and natural beauty.
- Plywood may be added in hidden structural areas for additional strength.
- Furniture is delivered assembled, except for certain large items such as cribs, Murphy/wall beds, and pool tables.
- All products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
